Our sourcing is driven by relationships. We source specialty-grade Arabica from friends around the world. These friends are passionate about coffee and people, ensuring ethical treatment of the farmers who produce each lot and creating an unbroken chain of mutually beneficial relationships from seed to cup.

Roasting:

We roast to let our coffees tell their origin story. Each of our coffees is unique and is the result of our partner farmers’ hard work and passion. Our goal is to honor their passion by bringing out the beauty of every lot through proper development during the roast which ultimately culminates in a sweet cup with a long, clean finish.

Quality Control:

Quality and consistency are foundational to our roasting operation. Every roast in our orange, 15kg Giesen is performed by a roaster with thousands of hours of experience, monitored and recorded using modern roasting software allowing post-roast review. Each roast is then cupped before packaging, ensuring it meets our strict standards.
